Preparation of raw materials
Round birch and coniferous logs arrive
at the plant.
Steaming wood
The logs are heat-treated in special vats
to make the wood pliable.
Peeling
Using automated machines, a thin layer
of wood, less than a millimeter thick, is removed.
Drying and sorting
The veneer is dried in chambers and sorted
by quality and thickness.
Formation of packages
Finished veneer is delivered to customers in rolls
and sheets
